Welcome to the 2023-2024 Season Registration with Osseo Maple Grove Hockey Association.

On the following pages, you will be able to complete the registration process for all of your hockey player(s). To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.

2023-2024 Registration Process:
Step 1 – Register each player online with USA Hockey
Step 2 – Register each player online with OMGHA on or before September 10th to avoid a $100 late fee (late fee applies to Squirt/Peewee/Bantam/10U/12U/15U only) 
Step 3 – You will receive a confirmation email from OMGHA website confirming the registration
Step 4 – Wait for further communication about try-outs/team placement in the coming months. 

Play Hockey for Free:
• All first year HOUSE players will receive FREE registration and a $100 voucher towards hockey equipment at Letterman Sports. They will also receive a free t-shirt if registered by September 10, 2023.
•All Girls Mite 2  and under that register to play in the House program will receive FREE registration

MANDATORY for the 2023/2024 Season:


USA Hockey Registration:

The USA Hockey season goes from May 1 through April 30 of each year.

Players who have played this summer may have already registered and received their USA Hockey confirmation number for the 2023/2024 season.  If you have already registered with USA Hockey, you will simply need your PLAYER’S USA Hockey confirmation number to complete your OMGHA registration.

USA Hockey Online registration for the 2023/2024 season began May 1, 2023

For USA Hockey online registration:

1. Go to the USA Hockey Website or https://membership.usahockey.com/
2. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
4. Select the correct season:  2023/2024
5. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
6. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). 
7. Each player will pay the USA Hockey fee based on their birth year.  There will also be an additional $10 MN Hockey Affiliation fee.  Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey and have your confirmation pages, you can return to the OMGHA registration site to log in and register. PLEASE ALLOW 15-20 MINUTES FOR THE SYSTEM TO REFRESH WITH YOUR NEW NUMBER BEFORE ENTERING IT IN THE OMGHA REGISTRATION. 

Eligibility and Waivers:

Every registration will be verified after submission. If it is found that a player is registered using a fraudulent address or fraudulent enrolled school listed, the player will not be allowed to play OMGHA Hockey and all ice fees and registration fees will be forfeited.   A player, whose primary residence IS NOT located Osseo District 279 school boundary but attends a school in Osseo District 279 and would like to play for OMGHA Hockey, may request a school waiver from your home hockey association. If you are unsure where the boundary of your home address is zoned for you can check it here. District 3 will only be approving school waivers, no exceptions will be made. 

NEW PLAYER Registration:
A digital copy of the player’s state- or county-issued birth certificate must be provided for the registration to be processed.
Birth Certificate digital copies and school attendance verifications for waivers, as well as other documentation, can be emailed to: Asst-Registrar@omgha.com
